It will fit a ham, stew, whole chicken, Cornish hens, or turkey chunk.Because it is cast aluminum, HAND WASH ONLY with dish soap. The dishwasher will ruin it.Take care of it, and you can hand it down to your kids and grandkids. Very happy with it.

Love the look .. it’s what I wanted but I haven’t used it yet. It’s going to be used for making Fudge and I haven’t made any. It’s hard to made the candy I make. Special pot, special ingredients and the moon in a certain faze. 😋
