Olina Handmade Natural Hard Wood Case Cover for iphone 5 5s(Walnut & Maple)

Very beautiful case but it is VERY fragile. The case does come with a disclaimer that it is more fragile than most cases but it is not just fragile it is very fragile. I am not very hard on phones/cases at all and there are already two chunks taken out of this case after having it for two months. Both drops have been from a height of 3 feet or less and each time wood broke off. Again, beautiful looking case but very fragile

This is a beautiful real wood case and the fit is perfect. Shipping was very prompt. The only observation I will warn other buyers is how fragile the case is. I accidentally dropped my phone after installing the case and it cracked and broke a small piece off. This is not a product defect. Soft wood like walnut and maple are very fragile when milled down to a small 1/4 piece around a button. Buy the case but be careful with it.

I dropped the phone once, in a fairly unremarkable way, and the bottom started chipping off. My cat found my phone later that day and started biting the case, and was able to crack it. It's real wood, and it looks really good, but I can't imagine that it's able to actually protect my phone because of how easily it breaks.

Case looks nice on. It does add some thickness all around if that bothers you and buttons are recessed a bit, but still accessible. Once on the phone, some small cracks are showing in the seam where the wood is joined. Just worried those might get bigger. If I had it to do again, would buy a solid wood case instead.Update 12/23/2013 - Case broke on first day of usage. The little piece at the bottom of dark wood, above the charging dock has popped out. Very disappointed, I wouldn't purchase this case again. I'd go for a solid piece of wood only.

I keep buying these because the look awesome and everyone complements me on it, and they break very very easily, but at least they break before my phone

The case was very difficult to put on and on the process of putting it on I broke the weak spot in the front by the power button. But other than that no complaints but many compliments

Love this phone case. It does have some velvet on the inside to help protect from dropping the phone. It has a very thin smooth wood look and I got lots of compliments. Used it for about 2 months and switched to another one but I still have it and will probably switch back at some point or even get another bamboo one in a different design. Everyone who saw it loved it.

Case arrived in a timely fashion. Looks very nice. Unfortunately, the wood is very smooth and slippery. Im by no means a clumsy person and rarely dropped my phone with its previous case. I literally had this case 1 day and the 1st time i dropped it the case cracked and a piece chipped off. The next day the phone fell again and the case broke completely. As long as you NEVER drop your phone i guess this case will satisfy. Otherwise dont buy!
