Purchased this Watts Premier air gap faucet in aged bronze to replace the chrome version of a similar faucet included in the Watts Premier 5-stage RO Filter System. Worked great for that application! All the plumbing lines included with this faucet matched up perfectly to the plumbing lines on the Watts Premier 5-stage RO system. I did buy and use two additional nylon quick disconnect fittings - 1/4" and 3/8" - on the faucet plumbing lines to make the installation to the RO system lines easier and cleaner. The aged bronzed finish of this Watts Premier air gap RO faucet matches up nicely with aged bronze finish on the installed Moen kitchen sink hardware. Very good value for the price and easy installation!

Functions well but after 2 years of use started to drip. I guess you get what you pay for. I'll be replacing with a different faucet.

Seems to be a well built unit. Has 3 o-rings sealing the facuet stem (my old one only had 2). All chrome is smooth without blemishes. Valve and valve seat is brass and appears to be quality as the handle is a stiff spring. Not too difficult to operate as some other reviews said. Pretty normal amount of force to push down or pull up and lock open. Doesn't make any noise that other reviews I read said. For the money, this is a great little faucet.Been running it about 6 weeks and it seems to be fine.Bonus is the piping comes pre-connected to the faucet side leads (drinking water, brine water, and drain) so you just plug and play into the quick disconnects under the sink (trim to length if you wish) and your up and running.Would buy again if need a new one.For what it's worth, I am a licenced general contractor. Been in construction for almost 30 years and worked as a plumber when I was a kid. I've seen junk and this faucet is not it.

Nice looking but the lever has stiff spring tension. My old faucet had a gentle touch that a child could operate that might not be so with this faucet. The lever spring is entirely too stiff, it makes wonder how long the plastic lever will last with so much spring tension. The faucet resembles the removed faucet closely but the function is not even close. To install this faucet I had to use a 9/16" crowfoot wrench to tighten the mounting nut. There should be a tension adjustment for the lever spring. Had I noticed the stiffness before I installed the faucet I would have returned it. Returned it because the children could not operate the faucet because of the lever tension. Ordered and installed a new faucet same model, it is slightly better however the spout fits loosely and jiggles when the lever is operated. This faucet was advertised as, used like new, I think someone returned it because of the stiff lever of which is so stiff it flexes the porcelain sink where it is mounted. Even the new replacement faucet flexes the sink. I sent Watts an inquiry via their web site, never received an answer therefore consider that no tech support is available.

This was an exact replacement for the chrome air gap faucet that came with my Watts WP-5 reverse osmosis filter. The old one was 12 years old and leaking and the chrome was pitting in spots. It was way overdue for replacement. What an amazing difference after installing this new one; no more leaks and the pressure has greatly improved. Installation was slightly difficult due to the confined area, but it was not terrible. It helps to use a 13mm short open end wrench for the blue water line and a deep14mm socket and extension for the upper nut that holds the faucet to the countertop.

This Watts premier air-gap faucet is a perfect replacement for our 35 year old reverse-osmosis (RO) sink faucet. We had the Watts RO system professionally installed in 1990. Over the years, we have increased the system's capacity. Eventually, the original faucet, also from Watts, just wore out. It didn't leak, but the handle wouldn't stay turned on in that position.This new watts premier air gap faucet is a surprisingly inexpensive exact replacement. It's half the price of many imported air gap faucets. Even better, it came with color-coded poly tubes already fitted. So they were a perfect fit to the RO system's existing connectors. Installation was a breeze. It fit perfectly into the pre-punched hole in the new stainless steel sink. It's clear that the faucet can also be used as a non-air gap faucet just by not using the red, black, and blue tubes that it comes with.Please ignore the slight and embarrassing line of stain on the top of the back splash. We replaced this RO faucet as a part of an ongoing kitchen remodel. This phase involved a new sink, main faucet and the RO faucet. Counter tops are the next phase!

Well Made. It's been in use for two weeks and so far no issues.Purchased this faucet as a replacement for a GE under sink filter faucet that had broken. My teenage son tried to angle the old spout where it wasn't designed to go.This faucet has a angled goose neck which directs the water further into the center of the sink. Our old one did not. It just had a vertical goose neck. ie - the water will now reach his sports jug without having prop the jug against the side of the sink for filling.Easy to install. - Even though it came with new tubing connections, I didn't have to use them. My old hose fitting connected without any modification.Apr 22, 2019 UPDATE after 4yrs and 4 months of use.....lowered rating to a 3 1/2 - 4 starsPros: Never leaked nor did the nickle finish tarnish or pealCon: The lever handle no longer stays up for hands free operation. For the last 4 months or so, we have to use a rubber-band to keep the lever upright for hands free use. It's time for a replacement.
