My posture has been lacking recently as I work an office job, staring at a computer screen all day. I decided to buy the posture corrector to remedy my back pains as a result of this. I'm about a week in and I wear this during daylight hours, I wear it over my undershirt as I find this more comfortable and as it is quite thin it doesn't show over my shirt, it also doesn't show in colour, it's invisible as said xD My back pains have slowly been reducing as my posture is much straighter and I also experience better posture when not wearing this, so it's a great long term solution. As it works very fast I don't think I'll have to wear it for long. :)

I purchased this product to improve my posture. It meets my requirements and is easy to fit and comfortable to wear.You can wear the support all day without any discomfort and can be fitted below your outer garment. You need to adjust the support to your requirements before you fit it.

to make this type of product work it has to be fitted semi tight or it has no effect, the design of the support around the back is very comfortable and sits nicely between the shoulder blades, BUT the strap design and positioning is lacking and very painful after a few minutes! i can only wear this for around 30-40 mins before the straps are hurting my under arm so much it has to come off, the material pulls over itself to tighten, a soft Velcro pad then fixes the strap in place and doubles the thickness of the material rign under the pit, this then rides into the crease of the armpit and folds on itself creating a thick, narrow bulge under the pit just at the crease. very very uncomfortable and not as expected when i read the designed for men description. maybe you have to be a real man to stand wearing it... my advise go try them on in a store before you pay.

Honestly I didn't think this would work but after wearing it for a while I really do think it works. Dont get me wrong its really uncomfortable, most of my t shirts make it invisible though. I guess one good thing is that it actually consciously reminds you to adjust your posture, I definitely noticed some improvement when using it. I wouldn't say this is good for back pain but as a tool to fix bad posture it may have some application. I dont wear it so much now as it's kind of a burden to wear all day long. But I definitely will again in the future. Despite having a few holes its structural integrity has remained.

The appliance give more meaningful support when the strap is tightened but it rides up to the neck and gives an uncomfortable feeling under the armpit. Appliance is also visible under my T-shirt and bulges at the back.

After a lifetime of slouching, I'm finally correcting my posture. It's very comfortable to wear, it doesn't force you to correct your posture but constantly encourages you. The materials it's made from seem to be very good quality and it's very hardy. I'm getting results very quickly.

This product is great, I bought it for my partner. He works as a tree planter to at the end of the day is back is killing him! He personally rates this product for pain relief 5/5. However do not wear this while lifting weights or working a physical job. He wears it when he is relaxing, while playing the computer or just making sure his posture is correct while sitting for a long period of time. It’s fairly simple to use, but we recommend that you have someone help you adjust it first and try not to move the adjustments and try to only use the velcro to tighten.
