labeled to be rated to a 400 lbs. capacity, definitely seems to be!
I bought this to replace the stock shock absorber that would ride low and bottom out on bumps.I ride this small atv with my grandson with a combined wt. of around 270 lbs.this new shock absorber gives a very stable ride and cushions bumps (as it should).This is what was needed as I have to ride with him, but when he can ride alone I may need a lower weight rated one.

Shock rating questionable
Said 400 but bottoms out at 150lbs. Probably good for a kid under 100

My main complaint about this shock is the difficulty in adjusting it.

Don't waist your money
Absolutely horrible do not buy for any reason whatsoever Is not a strong as advertised as soon as I put it on a 125 minibike It nearly bottomed out with on one on it

Definitely not 400 pound capacity. Maybe 100 pound
Worst item ever purchased from Amazon. Even on its stiffest adjustment it still bottoms out when I sit on it. I weigh 165. It claims to have 400 pound capacity

Weird. I found this to be stiff and I weigh 170 pounds.
These didn't come with any different sized barrels. Had a hard time installing because of this. All I received was the shock and I'm not really satisfied with the quality.
