Vendor was very communicative, letting us know the order was received and prepared for shipment via email. I am located on the east coast, they in California. Due to the size and weight, this was shipped freight via truck. Transit time was a little over a week as expected. The delivery to our my house was smooth and our driver helpful in unloading and inspecting for any damage (there was none).The components of the set were well packed in bubble wrap and foam sheeting. Assembly hardware was placed on flat cardboard sheets, clearly marked and easily organized for putting the pieces together. The chairs and table were assembled by two people in under two hours. I used a screwdriver and two different size wrenches to complete the job.Seat cushions while a bland beige color, are comfortable and should be durable. During assembly I found no sharp edges or poorly finished pieces. The table and chairs have a durable looking finish and a nice heft to them when moving them. We expect this set to last a long time and we think it's quite handsome.

This is a fantastic set of table and chairs. The chairs are stackable (and shipped that way) and assembly was pretty simple. The instructions take a little figuring out, but easily put together in under an hour. The feet come with protectors on them so the metal won't scrape on your concrete. The chairs are also very comfortable to sit in, with or without cushions.Surprisingly light, and the finish was excellent. I'd recent this to anyone!

You get what you see! I discovered CBM is an awesome company to work with! They called to confirm my order & address, sent me photos of the shipment wrapped and ready to go, and let ME decide when I wanted the delivery. The freight company even opened the boxes when they arrived with my shipment to allow me to inspect the table and chairs BEFORE removing it from the truck.I have nothing but praise for this outstanding company and beautiful table, comfortable chairs & cushions! Table assembly took less than an hour & with instructions from "Ben" @ CBM, it was a breeze!Don't waste your time looking at other furniture when you can have a great all around experience buying this.ALSO: When CBM calls to confirm your order, ask them to please add touch-up paint (5.99) and a few extra chair leg slides (.45 ea) with your order ~ and they will!If you don't , when you need them in 10 years, you'll never remember where to get them!

My wife loved this set. It is really sturdy, and makes our patio feel like a really nice cafe. This is the kind of table you could put crystal and linen napkins on. I know the seller is strong because I broke a leg on a chair myself. I was in the dog house. I asked them to sell me a replacement leg for the chair.. They mailed me 2 of them and only asked me to pay the shipping. I did not expect this level of service from an online retailer. If we buy more cast aluminum we will be sure to use this seller.
