Good source of omega 3 for vegetarians but don't you dare to consume it raw. It has toxic compounds. Only Roasted seeds should be consumed. Only 5g per day is recommended.

It was good...
It was a nice buy...clean seeds..package was delivered without any extra box or cover...just the cover containing the seeds..it was written that it was done so as a part of green protocol...Anyway the seeds were good...
