Sterling Silver,2ct 8mm G-H-I Color Moissanite Engagement Brilliant Ring for Women

I juat received my new Transgems moissanite ring today. And I couldn't wait to write a review. There are 3 words that describe this ring.... Exquisite, Stunning, Gorgeous.. There is no yellow in this stone. It screams with brilliance. Every color under a rainbow is present in this stone. I put my diamond tester on it and it did test positive for diamond. The setting is solid and very well made. Looks like it cost thousands. I paired this ring with my 2 natural diamond wedding bands that are solid platinum and the look is outstanding. I wear a 6.25-6.5 on my left ring finger. I purchased the 6.5 and it fits perfectly. I own several pieces of moissanite jewelry from and this ring is my new favorite. I have a Charles and Colvard 1ct solitaire similar to this one set in sterling silver and I paid four times as much for it as I did for this one. Everything about this ring is amazing. From the look all the way to the price. So, if you are considering this ring, stop thinking! Make the purchase! You will not regret it. This is a beautiful ring, however you might have to order another one to make sure you get the one you want. There is a difference in color between H and I. The first one I ordered was obviously yellow which is the I color (closest to my knuckle) so I decided to get a second one and received the H. The only thing was my first one (the yellow) came with box and certificate. My 2nd one didn’t come with anything. I’m going to take it to a jeweler just to make sure it’s a moissanite. The yellow is getting sent back!UPDATE: Took my 2nd ring to my local jewelry store and it is a moissanite! I kept it and sent yellow one back!

Oh my goodness BUY THIS RING!!The setting is lovely, not too high and prongs aren’t sharp. I love that I found my size on amazon and it didn’t have to be custom ordered (4 1/2), and shipping was so fast I got immediate satisfaction!The moissanite is large but not gaudy and shimmers like crazy in all light. Who cares if it isn’t a diamond??? Its strong, bright white, has incredible sparkle and it’s conflict free b/c it isn’t mined! For the price and the size of the stone this ring can’t be beat, buy it! Enjoy it! Oh I really wanted to love this ring and have it take my breath away when I opened the box. It did not. What did I like about this ring, the mounting. It is well done, a lower profile and a nice weight to it. The fit. I ordered a 6.5, perfect fit. In the sunlight the stone did have some fire to it. What did I not like, it looks like a piece of cut glass, the grayness of the stone, the deadness of the stone in florescent lights, lackluster. The color says G-H. I am just surprised with the lack of warmeth with this stone. Maybe the Platinum finish deadened the stone??? I have Swarovski crystal earrings that look more realistic than this stone. I am happy for all of you that love your ring but for me I am going to return it.

This stone has a lot of fire and sparkle. Looks better than my Earth Diamond which costs thousands more, However, due to its large stone size appears fake. (Trans gems does has another 1.2 carat stone that appears more realistic for comparison which I returned to see this larger stone) The Stone setting appears bowl like. Not as dainty as other settings with smaller stones and rides low. This may shove your wedding band out. Beautiful ring otherwise. Debated going back to the smaller stone but I’m keeping this one because this stone has so much fire

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this knowing it wouldn’t convince me and I would end up having to trade in my 1 ct solitaire diamond and upgrade to a 2 ct solitaire. I wanted to give it a shot anyway so I went for it .... and I’m so happy I did! It’s a diamond in disguise and it’s beautiful. It makes me feel happy I won’t spend a fortune to get the look I want.I rather invest that money to my kitchen remodel!This definitely should go down on “ what i would tell and advise my younger self.”I could have had my 2ct from the beginning and spent hundreds and not thousands. I did the video with sunlight hitting it directly and in the shade as well. Both sparkle amazingly.My band is real diamonds. Looks the same to me .Last pic shows a cubic zirconia in the middle .Top ring is my 1ct center diamond stone ideal cut with a halo. .The ring with the band is the 2 ct moissanite .The brilliance even without flash is noticeable on diamond and moissanite.My real diamond ring’s halo keeps getting chipped diamonds so I was considering trading it in for a 2ct diamond :So glad I found this moissanite ! I will eventually transfer the 2ct moissanite to a 14 k white gold solitaire setting .As of know the platinum plating on the silver seems like it will last ..... it’s very sturdy and not as thin as other solitaire rings ...the undercarriage allows plenty of light to go in and increases the light reflection .I’m a skeptic turned believer . This is good and bad lol because I just bought a 2ct halo from the same company . Also , this company offers free returns ... this was extremely Important to me because I did not want to pay a restocking fee for something that did not convince me. Other companies had less expensive ring or even more expensive rings but did not offer the free returns. Free returns gave me confidence to buy from this company.Thank you Doveggs
