This tuck pointer proved ideal
I recently had to re-point the mortar between my patio paving slabs. I ordered the quarter-inch one, because it gave me the flexibility to get it into even the smallest of gaps. To complete the job, I also used a gauging trowel and a mortar jointer. The handle provided a good grip and, for the price, I think this is a useful tool that represents good value. The blade itself is made of steel - so, after use, it's worth wiping dry, and applying a little oil to prevent it from rusting up. Highly recommended.

Simple As
Very simple tool but just right for a robust pointing job. Too wide a blade for conventional brickwork but great for a rustic sandstone garden wall. Sturdy and well-balanced.

Great tool
Got this to do weather-struck pointing. Really speeds things up when pointing long horizontal joints compared to using a traditional pointing trowel.

Exceptionally well designed tool
It's a joy to hold this tool, and can't get it off my hands. The thickness of the blade has a tiny bit of flex that helps to apply cement tightly. The handle is very ergonomically designed and the finish is impeccable. Highly recommend this tool.

This small tool will ruin your weekend.
Bought this to do some "minor" crack repair on my house. Estimated job time 6hrs. After I started it turned into an all weekend job. Bricks were coming loose and falling out. If I didn't buy this tool I wouldn't have done this my self and cost me the weekend. Tool worked awesome tho.
