It's actually true to it's color, IT'S ACTUALLY NAVY BLUE. I've been so scared to purchase navy blue balloons because everywhere I look they turn out to be royal blue or some other type of shade blue. THIS IS NAVY. People who say it's not navy is because of the balloons oxidation. Latex balloons oxidize when exposed to the sun or over time so that is why they loose their shine and become a much duller color.

Nice rich black. Out of the approximate 100 only 5 were defective. Would buy again.

The dark blue color was exactly what I was looking for and the quality of the balloons was excellent. They lasted several days without losing air. We used them to make columns and they looked wonderful! Shipping was fast. Great product!

These are good if you dont mind wiping every single one. They were so powdery and dull. They are okay, definitely not shiny like the picture.
