Used for a week and it's flexible as described.
The pole flexes well and holds together well. There isn't any connections to tie off to connect to the boat so use isn't as versatile as some other brands. Other than that it's good as advertised.

The SS tip and couplings are of good quality, however
Haven't had a chance to use it yet, so my review is based on first impressions.Overall, quality materials are used with the exception of maybe the foam grip that's a few inches down from the end. I don't see that lasting very long. We will see. Not a big deal. I will probably replace it with a section of pool noodle down the road to give this pole a little flotation and rub rail protection. The SS tip and couplings are of good quality, however, joining the two sections takes some patience. Maybe this is only because its brand new and will wear in over time. You do get a set of plastic holders that seem good enough to last.Lanyards or ropes are not included in the product, but I wish it did bring them. There is at least one other manufacture that brings two with each pole, one short and one long. I would like to see that included in the future, even if it drives the price up $5 or $10. Would be worth it.

Two pieces the joint gets stuck in holder
Its in two pieces that screw together with a metal joint. The place where it joins gets stuck in my holder!! Could barely get it out when there was pressure on it.

Quality materials and close tolerance thread joints. May want to add some WD-40 to the threads when you first try screwing the halves together to make it smoother. Rubber storage clips provided lack a retaining device if stored on boat gunnel so need to improvise to insure they stay secured in rough weather. Have arranged clips so temporarily can store the assembled 12ft anchor pole if needed.

Heavy, thread damage, and soft
It's super heavy. Thread didn't hold well and cracked into two pieces. Anchor is soft and can't hold as good as shorter ones. I end up with a $50 7' one.

A must for inshore fishing
I use it everytime I go out inshore fishing. Has held up to a 22' cobia with 4 people on it.
