Delish, not rubbery
This is a very good reduced fat cheese. It’s not rubbery. It has flavor. It melts well. I buy it often.

Great alternative…
I am trying to cut back because of high cholesterol. I LOVE cheese and so having this as a healthier alternative helps me to feel I am not denying myself the pleasure of cheese.I have been a long time fan of Cabot 50% but I have recently discovered they are phasing it out and only producing their other higher percent fat reduction cheese instead. Either way, I am still a happy camper.

The Flavor is good and the texture is great!
It's pricey but the flavor is good and the texture is great. It's not easy to find low fat cheese that doesn't taste/feel like plastic. We'll buy it again.

Would be more convenient if they came in the cubes but all in all I love Cabot

Like Cabot but not their lite cheese
I like Cabot products and supporting this company however they need to improve on their Lite style cheeses. It has a plastic weird consistency and doesn’t taste very good. Cracker Barrel produces a much better tasting lite cheese
