These folders are very useful for keeping documents organized. The material feels sturdy, the snap button closes securely, and the size works well for both letter and A4 paper. 10 Pack Plastic Envelopes Poly Envelopes, Sooez Clear Document Folders US Letter A4 Size File Pros: Envelope appears to have sturdy seams and will last a while; love the colors, will provide reasonable protection from liquids; I like the snap closure & the card for identification Cons: I counted out 150 of 8 1/2 x 11" typing/copy paper to place inside of the folder. That is all that I could get in while being able to close the snap closure. You can get 200 such sheets inside but cannot close the snap. With the 150 sheets inside, you can still get a few pencils or pens in with it. With the 150 sheets inside, the width of the folder is 3/4 inch. With less paper inside, you could probably get a regular size bottle of glue or toys of comparable width. With a very large rubber band to wrap around the envelop, you could get bulkier items inside. I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of width of the envelope for what I wanted it for. However, the folders are very attractive and appear to be fairly solid made for holding limited items. I gave it 5 stars for that reason.

These easy-to-snap, labelable plastic folders are perfect for my two uses: 1) choir music. I'm a choir director. This allows me to transport various choir music easily. No creases. And no need to label as I can see the title through the envelope. 2) genealogy. Research kept separate but easily sorted using these envelopes. The colors can be used to sort families.

It is not necessary to choose a folder like this for special written materials; the colors and sturdiness, plus presentation no matter what these folders hold is enough to excite anyone to use them for ordinary paperwork. I recently changed my Last Will & Testament in the area of "alternate" to my husband. After going over the directives with the new person I chose, I put everything he needed to know and go over by draft form to keep together. Professional. Executive-appearing. Why shouldn't papers of this nature be exactly that? When it comes to putting your will together, you are faced with very serious decisions, and the person receiving the title of "alternate" should be aware of that and take it seriously. The colors are laid-back, but the folder itself is well-made, easy to work with, and presentable - or KEEPABLE in every format one could imagine.
