This is nice neat feels solid. Once adjusted to the right with for my MacBookPro I can keep it closed whilst connected to a monitor. It is still easy to lift out and open the laptop if necessary, but will happily stand there looking tidy.Initial set up is slightly fiddly (2 minute job) as you need to screw each side to get the right width with the Hex/Allan key provided.

Really good actually worth the money especially if you’ve got a cracked screen and wanting your MacBook in clamshell (I have 15 inch). Feels durable and worth the money.

The material & quality of the product is really good, and along with that the price is also really good. I've used for a couple weeks before returning because what I noticed is my Dell XPS was having issues when using on the stand vertically. And along with that, the design should have involved only one side moveable to resize for the laptop while the other end being properly position so that when the laptop size is adjusted; the laptop would fir in the center rubber gripped area. Instead of that, the user has to adjust both side manually to their measurement to make sure the laptop sits on the rubber gripped area exactly in the center. And even after measured & placed there, that laptop sits in a little slanted either to the left or right which I don't if in the long run will affect the laptop display. So because of these issues IK went ahead & returned it.

I now use a laptop as my main computer with normal set up for screens, keyboard and mouse. Great that I can just close the laptop, store it on it's end and work away without losing the desk space.

Very sturdy, does exactly what it’s designed to do. Stable and doesn’t overbalance. Perfect to stand a laptop or Surface Pro upright, saving desk space when using a separate monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Fairly heavy product but its percect for holding macbook pro up vertically. Rubber grips give me comfort it won’t scratch laptop and the grips are easily adjusted for various thickness of different laptops. Very pleased with purchase.

Used it daily and never worried my laptop would tip over.It's heavy enough. Can be adjusted with the tools provided or any standard hex key of the appropriate size.Desk won't scratch thanks to the padding.Can't tell if the current price point is what you're willing to pay, but I can tell it does the job.

Looks good and is the perfect for holding your MacBook. Could be a little more adjustable for the very smallest MacBook. Still perfectly stable.
