Fuhr Centre Case. UPVC Door Lock Gearbox. 35mm Split Spindle

The door lock broke, and Amazon was the only place that did this one, arrived within a day or so. It fitted perfectly, and now the door is more secure.

I was unsure over the type to order. But this one is relatively standard if you observe the connection to the locking mechanism. I had to adjust the position of the 5 point lock system as the new lock put the whole moving rail in a different position, but once completed I'm amazed at how easily the door closes, and handle moves to locking position. I didn't realise how bad the old mechanism had become. Very pleased with cost effective solution

Perfect fit. Just make sure you get the catch aligned properly on each side. Took all of 10 mins to replace

Item arrived when expected, seller responded (after the second message was sent), but the product is not as described. We bought the extras to make it split spindle as it says, but this product does not have the ability to do that. I spoke to the brand company direct, Fuhr, and they confirmed that this product is not able to be split spindle.

Does what it's supposed to

Very happy with this. I couldn't find this obselete lock case anywhere and mine had broken. Saved more a fortune in replacing the whole 5 point system. Item arrived well packaged within 2 days.

It wasn't sellers fault for late delivery it was post office. Just fitted lock and works fine. Sorry Seller for venting my anger on you
