These let your cookies just fly out of the pan! Love the ease of use. Be sure you store them flat so you don't have to fight a fold when you put it into the pan, though. Best thing since Pam! I have re-used them if they're not too messy, during the same baking day, but wouldn't reuse them on another day for fear of old tasting oils from the previous batch. They are pretty much use and throw out, but I did do a 2nd batch of cookies on one sheet that I had used earlier that day for another batch and had no problem. Clean up is no problem!

Here is my experience (pros and cons) with this parchment paper. I bought this for my cookie baking, after using a well-known brand paper on a roll. I did not like the roll, so I decided to buy these sheets. While I like the size of the sheets, I would not buy again based on the following.Pros:1. Nice size sheets that are flat2. Shipped flat w/ cardboard backing, making them easy to store vertically in cabinet (if you keep the plastic wrapping around pack)Cons:1. Too thin! Reminds me of tissue paper. Only about half as thick as the brand of paper I used on a roll.2. Comes out of oven grease-soaked (never had this happen with other brand of thicker parchment paper)3. Some cookies stick (again, never had this happen before with parchment)4. Cannot reuse because it's a mess when it comes out of oven

High quality parchment paper. Would have given it 5 stars if the description had been accurate. In the description it states the 12"x16" paper is not creased or folded and is shipped flat. This is not true. It is shipped from the distributor and not from Amazon and it is shipped FOLDED. Not flat. I am one of those rare and strange people remaining who like the truth and like truth in advertising and don't like all the dung people spread when selling products these days. Like the paper because it fits the half sheet pans well, but would have been better if shipped UNFOLDED AS ADVERTISED.

I do a lot of holiday baking and purchased these because of the great price. Previously I have purchased from King Arthur at a slightly higher price. The were SLIGHTLY less quality than I am used to. Not as thick. Only last one, maybe 2 times in the oven. Work great for lining pans of frozen cookie dough. Will purchase again to supplement the KAF brand.

I had always purchased parchment paper on rolls, but, I thought the convenience of pre-cut liners would be wonderful. They are not so wonderful--I have to use 2 sheets at a time because the grease from cookies bakes through (so, I don't consider them greaseproof). After I have used them all (2 @a time!!!), I won't be re-purchasing.

I wanted to get sheets of parchment paper that would not roll up like the paper that comes on a roll. This product is flat and is bigger than most standard pans but can be cut down or simply pressed into a pan with sides. However, this product is only about half as thick as regular Reynolds parchment paper. The first time I used it, my food soaked through the paper and it was messy to clean up. Regular parchment paper usually made clean up a snap.I have to use two of these sheets to get the same result so it's more costly than I expected.

This is the best parchment paper...It arrives flat and shrink wrapped on a piece of cardboard, so NO CURLING when it goes in the pan. Saves me clean-up time when baking. Works well with cookies, biscuits, scones etc...I also use it to line pans when making ooey gooey cheese loaded casseroles and veggies. After baking you just throw the sheet away, wipe down the pan then kick back and relax. Food just does not stick to it. This is a MUST have in our home. I really love that it's available on my prime account, free 2 day shipping..oh YEAH!! This is an A++ product. Even hubby agrees.

These came right on time for an event I had been planning for months. I knew my baking pans were going to need plenty of parchment paper, and its such a hassle to use the larger boxes that you have to self tear that are never the right size. All i had to do was pull one out of the package and it fit perfectly on my pans. No cutting required!! This saved me a lot of time and money because I dont have to waste any from this package. I wish the package was a little stirdier or had something better to protec it other than thin plastic, but other than that , this product is great!!!
