I got these to treat symptoms of deep vein thrombosis (leg swelling). I consulted the chart and saw I am at the low end of the XXL range. In reality XXL might fit a person with measurements in the chart's L range.ADDITIONALLY -- THESE ARE DESCRIBED AS FOR MEN OR WOMEN. BUT MEN, THERE IS NO PLACE FOR YOUR JUNK! THESE ARE DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE WITH GENITALIA INSIDE.

Good material. Look nice, I actually had comolements in them. Thick resists runs, got a small snag and it just puckered, so far no run. Compression on legs Is comfortable once on. However, it is very tight in the legs, difficult to get on and off; would be impossible for some one with weak hands. I order a larger size than suggested and still very tight. Also, compression portion ends near top of thigh in an odd spot. Transition is uncomfortable.

I ordered a pair in beige, since I received them they seemed a bit short.when I tried to put it on it, it was too difficult for me to accommodate my thighs, they were too small and short, they squeeze my ankle a lot because they are too short!the crotch also fits me too small!

Compression tightness is okay. But I’m 5’1 and these are WAYY TOO LONG. Too long to even wear. The fabric or pattern changes towards the butt. So it squeezes the back of your thighs making banana bags and impossible to wear with anything else. Color is true nude

They are very comfortable to order to my mother-in-law who already has a long time with varicose veins problems and before I had one recommended by a doctor but it was a nuisance, and now I see her different without clear pain with tiredness but no longer with pain that was a big problem with those socks

Found them to be very small -- had ordered an XL size but could not wear them -- too short and much too tight and uncomfortable to wear!! The crotch was about 4 inches below my crotch and my legs are not too large for my height. First thing I've ordered from Amazon that I have had an issue with!!!

I wear a small, ordered a medium and could not even get these over my feet (size 5.5 shoe). These are Very, very small and I have no idea what size would fit while still being of value as compresson hose; so I will return them.

I purchased these as replacement for a compression stocking after vein surgery. These are good quality, and very tight. Using their sizing chart, these deliver greater compression than 20-30 mmHg stockings or sock, especially at the thigh. The fit is not great on a male body and seems to want to persistently slide down.
