Great product at less $ than I paid. Worth every dollar it cost at the higher price. They are simple to apply with Velcro straps that hold the ice packs on knees while walking (slowly) and while sleeping. They stay cold for about 20-30 minutes which is fine because we’re not supposed to ice more than 20 minutes at a time. It wouldn’t be good for a migraine as one needs the ice pack to last at least an hour or more. Also the Velcro might catch/tear longer hair. It’s cold enough to put a paper towel between the gel pad and your knee though. Maureen

They’re not bad, but they’re not quite what I expected. I’m a pretty petite lady with small arms, and the ice pack doesn’t even fully wrap around my forearm. The straps completely detach which isn’t necessarily the problem, but the main product flaw is the ice pack doesn’t Velcro to itself to hold place.I got a bone contusion on my upper forearm and need to ice it, so I got these so I could work while icing that bone contusion. Once I got it on it works great, and if you have someone to help you I’m sure it’s great too, but being by myself and trying to get this to stay in place while I wrap the Velcro straps around it with only one hand was troublesome.The fact that it’s not very long also gives me pause. One ice pack would not fit over much space on a larger surface like a thigh. But, this comes in a pack of two so they remedy that.Honestly the only con would be the difficulty in applying it to an arm or wrist without outside help. If the straps were attached or they were able to attach to itself while you secure it with the straps, it would be a much more efficient product.One thing I will note however is it keeps its chill really well. I have a mini-fridge and there’s a “freezer” portion that doesn’t quite freeze, so I worried about the temperature being cold enough. I put the ice pack in that “freezer” portion and even though that section of the fridge isn’t really efficient, the ice pack got plenty cold enough to do it’s job.I just wish it was more comfortable around the edges because bending my arm at the elbow, the edges dig into my skin and it’s painful.4 stars seems fair.

Exactly what I needed. Perfect for carpal issues in both wrists. I love that they are reusable and can be hot or cold.

I started the process of having 2 tattoos removed. One tattoo is a vine that goes halfway around my ankle and the other is just a 3" dragon on my wrist. After a laser tattoo removal session, you need to cool the area with some type of ice pack; on and off that first day. These things are perfect! I'm able to wrap one around my ankle and one around my wrist and not worry about it. The velcro straps are long, elastic, and adjustable; so they stay in place. I just stick them in the freezer for 10 minutes and they're ready to go. I'm very happy with this purchase.

These ice packs work exactly like they say they do. They’re pretty convenient to be able to wrap around the knees or other body parts. The only issue I’m having with them is that they do not stay ice cold for very long. This is because of how thin the packs are. It’s not that big of an issue because you aren’t supposed to ice for too long but if they were a little bit thicker then it would be just the right amount of icing time.

These work perfectly to wrap around an arm, knee, ankle or foot. Heavy duty, well made and nicely packaged. The straps stretch and attach with Velcro so it’s easy to position and secure the ice packs. The straps also remove completely so it’s easy to refreeze the ice packs without the straps getting in the way. Each pack is sectioned so the gel doesn’t pool at one end and stays where you apply it. The packs freeze quickly and having two makes it easy to rotate them as needed. I broke my foot and they have been a lifesaver! Highly recommend!

Recently sprained my knee and I found these really helpful.I don’t usually like the sound of Velcro but these don’t bother me. Easy to keep cold, or boil quickly over the stove.
