Amazon Basics Closet Door Knob, Coastal, Oil Rubbed Bronze

Update: On my 3rd set, consistent quality, so easy to install! Well made, very well packaged. I'm impressed. PS I tried another brand and had to return it. Original post: This is my first time changing out a door knob. I bought the key-less one for a kitchen pantry door. It looks so nice! Always a perk to spruce up small items like this. Somehow, they change the whole look of the kitchen. That said, be careful with a long screwdriver, you're tightening at a angle (any brand). Mine slipped and scratched the lock. No problem, a little bit of black, mat, craft paint concealed my error. PS the packaging is wonderful! Durable small box with separate cardboard sections. What a pleasure not struggling to cut through those hard-shell plastic shrink packages.

Bought 5 privacy, 5 passage, and 3 entry w/deadbolt sets. Excellent packaging and installation hardware. Instructions included. Excellent finish, very good materials, good dimensional accuracy. Along with a front door lockset, local HW store re-keyed the entry sets with no issues. Excellent operation. Very good buy for doing a whole house remodel.

Nice looking on door but not A-1 quality

we are swapping out all of our old brass fixtures for new burnt bronze fixtures. I needed to replace all of the hallway door knobs. These were significantly cheaper than those available at the home stores. The qualify is good, and for me, replacing was easy. Took me about 45 minutes to replace 7 door knobs, including moving the strike plate for one door that was poorly installed. I like the look!

Easy to install and easy upgrade to match new finishes in remodeled room. Pretty basic door know and certainly not heave duty, but for an interior door it worked fine and harmonized well with the new hardware in a remodeled room.

This knob is a great quality item at a great price point. It is easy to install, sturdy, and very pretty.

I had to carve out a larger inset to mount the bolt, but the rest was a piece of cake. It looks great.

Nice fit and feel of quality--a little cheaper than Home Depot I think.

Update 2021-07-16The construction of these handles are extremely poor. I had not realized at first, but the amount of "play" when the knobs are jiggled is ridiculous. I hadn't noticed until I purchased some identical handles from Home Depot and there was ZERO play in those handles... for a cheaper price AND there are sleeves for the bolts!I've subsequently dropped my eating to one star.Previous Post after purchase:- The latch doesn't come with a collar, so I had to purchase a separate latch for ten bucks- the handle screws are extremely hard to tighten. That you aren't able to detach the inside handle from the mechanism, tighten the screws then reattach the handle is bothersome.- looks good after installation, but I'll NEVER purchase this product again.

The knobs were easy to install and thus far work well (3 months use). They are much lighter than the brand replaced and seem to be made from much thinner metal. The lack of heft and general loose fit makes them noisy when using. I would say, they are overpriced for the quality, but at least the color is as I like it... Hoping they last a few years.

Great on a budget. Currently in my 4 unit apartment. A little light on the metal thickness as it feels cheaper, but with the price and look I couldn't say no. They operate smooth. We shall see how long they last. Years I am hoping!

They look pretty from afar but the feel of the knob and the sound is very cheap feeling , very noisy . You would not be able to sneak in or out of a room .

Great value and beautiful look matches my other door hardware perfectly
