Weak Quality Control
Perhaps, I am just unlucky to get a weak and defective one, but, nevertheless, all products should not break the very first time it was used. Okay, some airline handlers might be rough and uncaring, but this should have been factored into the workmanship of the product. As I said, the first time I used it, it broke. In this era of new manufacturing processes, and material testing, this should not have been the case. This is unforgivable, especially at this high price point.

Made in China, of Italian design.
I like the look of this but I have a feeling it will not be as durable as others I could have purchased. Not only do the handles feel like they are going to slip out without anything in it, the wheels are not sturdy. I envision careless handeling of this by the airlines knocking the wheels off thus rendering this USELESS. I thought this was made in Italy of the best construction, but upon inspection its made in China. I'm kind of bummed, but will use it and hopefully not run into issues.

Compact carry-on rolls easily
Excellent quality carry-on, though this price was high compared to other vendors. I had a big Amazon credit which is the only reason I bought it from this vendor. I chose this particular bag because I had bought the matching larger 24"size at a Tuesday Morning retail store and wanted a set. The color is bright blue and it is a good size for a compact carry-on. It rolls beautifully and the handle works well. The outside pocket, very unusual in a hard suitcase, is a bit deceiving, as it just opens into the interior instead of being a separate unit. Still, it's handy for a laptop or tablet when traveling. One of the reasons I gave it four stars instead of five was the instruction sheet for using the TSA lock. The luggage was apparently designed in Italy and made in China, but the person who wrote these directions needed an English-speaking proofreader. It took my husband and me several tries before we could figure out the lock.
