Hi, I bought this for my remarkable and I loved it. Seriously my favorite case BUT it has been magnetizing my Remarkable. I thought it was a bug in the tablet so didn’t think much of it. They just got back to me and told me it is the magnets in the closing latch.So again this case is truly well done and I loved it but I don’t recommend it for your remarkable.*note to seller :As soon as you come up with a magnet free version and you send me one free of charge, I will change my review to 5 stars!

I was not paying $75 for a case after I already planned to spend $500 on the reMarkable tablet itself. I found this case here, and for the price, it is very well worth it. It is is just as appealing to the eye as the ones I saw on the reMarkable website. I got the black and gray one and I just love the way it looks. The tablet fits perfectly in it, and the pen does as well. No issues pulling it out or placing it back in the case.

The reMarkable is apparently susceptible to magnets and the magnets in this case will cause the reMarkable not to work properly and can cause permanent damage.

The magnet closure will affect the screen and cause the tablet to cease functioning in that area. Just buy the cases sold by the tablet company.

Just what you need if you are using a Remarkable pad.
