A good over the counter
Have been using it for years for my water retention due to having too much fun and eating the wrong salt-retaining foods. I have found they will only work if I take them in the morning and before I have eaten anything. They are not like Lasix or another prescribed water eliminating medicine, but they work pretty good.

Bought for my wife. The prescriptions she takes causes a lot of water gain. This did not work for her.

Great product-- does the job effectively
I've used this product on and off for years, and am just about to purchase another 60-count bottle. It does the job, but not harshly, and it's reliable. I use it a few times of the month and I have no issues with muscle cramping or other. Start with one tablet and see how you do, and then use two as prescribed, if needed. That way you get a feel for how it works for you, and you don't risk muscle cramps or potassium depletion. It works for me!
