I'm usually not the type to leave reviews but this battery is just not good. Replaced the battery on my laptop because it was nearly 5 years old and didn't hold much charge. Made the mistake of choosing this battery when it has a lower capacity than the stock battery that came with the computer, which was my mistake. Everything was good and dandy at first, held a solid charge and charged relatively quickly. However, I've had this battery for less than a year and it barely holds half an hour of charge now. Keep in mind I'm not a power user. I use my laptop sparingly, maybe an hour or hour and a half max per day for web browsing and some graphic design stuff, nothing that should be overly taxing on the battery. It depletes very quickly and I'm already looking for another replacement. Won't be making the same mistake I made when I purchased this battery! It works well if you need a quick replacement, but I definitely recommend looking for alternatives.

My computer is back up and running and holds the charge, too. This saved me a lot of money, as I was worried I might have to buy a new computer.

The battery overcharged mi laptop and overheated my charger!!!! I had to change the charger 4 times!!!

Worked perfectly for the "no battery detected" error I was receiving from my laptop. Unscrewed everything, unplugged the battery, replaced the battery with the new one, screwed everything back up, and powered it up. Battery was instantly detected and no more errors or unknown battery being being detected. I had searched everywhere for a solution and ultimately replacing the battery was the only thing to make the error go away.
