This pot is simply wonderful for baking artesan bread in. I bought this specifically for that purpose because I wanted a pot that was lightweight. Compared to cast iron, it weighs 3.5 lbs vs 11 or more.I sent a question to the company and received a prompt and friendly response. They care about their customers!My bread turned out beautifully - nice chewy crust and tender insides. No sticking, burning, or hot spots - and it was cooked at 450 degrees. The bread was also very pretty to look at - golden brown - perfectly baked. I am so glad I decided on this pot.The pot itself is well made - reminds me of Magnalite. It had to be preheated in the oven (450 Degrees) and there was no warping at all. The heat distribution is next to none - very even. The lid fits the pot perfectly which is crucial to crusty bread. All in all, I believe I made the right decision buying this pot.

I wanted another large pot to add to my collection. I was first attracted to the design and the size. Now that I have it, I love that it’s lightweight. Another reviewer mentioned that it’s best to use plastic utensils when cooking with this pot, and that’s true. Metal utensils will scratch its aluminum surface. It retains heat on a gas stove very well. I prepared chili in this pot the first time I used it and I had no problems at all. Great buy, and great value for the price point.👏🏼👍🏼

We've been trying for years to replace the "popcorn pot" that Dad has always made the best popcorn in. We finally found it! Lightweight, easy to clean, and great results. Thinking about buying another for a backup, but i doubt if we will need it!

we make a lot of biryani dishes and this one is perfect size for a small family. the material is well made and the inside make of the utensil is very smooth. do not scrub with harsh cleaning steel wool...this seems like something that will last a long time.

takes forever to heat.

This pot look`s like it might last forever. Made very well. With a metal lid that is hard to come by these days unless you pay a fortune.Just what i was looking for. I was going to buy a iron pot until i picked one up and realized it was so heavy that i would have trouble washing an lifting it with food in it. This is light weight, But the bottom is pretty thick where it sits on the stove eye.Also got it at a great price

Holds heat for a long time . Easy clean up.
