So far I love this mop and bucket!
I just received my mop and double bucket 12/02/2020.This is my first thoughts and I will update later after using it several times.I use to clean hotel rooms many years ago, and a OCD 50 year old male. The bucket quality and thickness seems to be superb, and manufacturer quality! Iv read other reviews how the plastic lid (where mop spins) doesn't lift up and cant clean under it. I didn't like the idea of not cleaning under it where dirty water can lay. There is plastic clips that hold it down and I pulled really hard and I was able to pull the cover off. Which is great because I will now be able to clean up the bucket better. Also I noticed the mop handle didn't seem to be very long. I am 5'10" and wish the mop handle extended a bit longer. But I will use it and let you know if it is still a issue or not. Also the mop head is very tight to me turn the head 90°.I used my foot like the manual shows and it is a lot easier. My only concerns is that the latch mechanism is plastic and might be susceptible to wear over time. I will keep updating this with you later to be clear. The mop head seems to be really good quality as well but time will tell. I love that they gave 4 mop heads so that I will have several to use or wash them and always have another on standby.I love the idea of the pump spray bottle as well. That way I can have a heavy cleaner in bottle for stubborn stains. So far I am absolutely loving this mop and bucket besides I think the mop handle is a bit to short. If it isn't I will change to 5 stars. 👍😉

Don’t buy this item and save yourself the time, energy and back problems
I purchased this mop not knowing too much about spin mops except for the fact that they spin the water out of the mop and that they have separate compartments for clean and dirty water. After some research, I figured I’d give this item a try. After all I liked the 2 bucket design as well as the metal spin try. After a couple of months of using this mop, I’ve come to realization that I hate this thing. Here are some of the things that this mop does well:1) the mop heads soak up spills really well2) it does separate the clean and dirty water3) the spin dry function does work as expected and works really wellHere are the things I’m really not a fan of.1) the clean water part of the bucket is really small so you have to empty and refill frequently2) the shape of the mop head doesn’t really allow you to get into corners very well3) the valve at the bottom of the dirty/waste bucket doesn’t seal very well so it slowly leaks the dirty water back onto your floor4) I’m average in height and the mop pole is shorter than I am so I’m always leaning over to push and pull the while using this thing5) to lock/unlock the mop’s spinning capabilities you have to bend down to turn a clip that’s towards the bottom of the mop pole. With bullets 3 and 4, you’re in for a back workout with how often you have to bend over push and pull to clean the floor along with having to bend over to lock and unlock to rise and spin dry the mop head.

Happy with my purchase
I'm going to be honest. I didn't buy this as a floor mop. I bought it to use on my walls. I was looking at floor mops and wondered how you would ring them out and none of the reviews actually convinced me that they would be a good purchase. I was also concerned with keeping the dirty water separate from the clean water. This mop answers both. I used it today for the first time. So far I love it. There are a few little things but maybe as I use it more I'll figure those out. I had to use my hand to change the mop head position on the pole from straight to angled. I did have a little trouble with the mop head flipping on the wall but applying more pressure helped that. I also had a bit of trouble with the pole but again I think it was just me trying to figure it out. I love the microfiber mop head. It doesn't streak but be careful around nails, which, of course, wouldn't be on a floor. I did lose a couple of strands getting it caught on a nail. I like that you can keep the dirty water separate from the clean water. I did have to stop and empty the dirty water bucket when it filled up and add more water to the clean side. Makes sense, I guess. The mop head spins so you can easily do edges. The pole seems good quality without being too heavy and I think I prefer the up and down pumping of the pole to wring out the mop over a foot pedal like I saw on other systems. The pole is telescopic. You don't have to stop to add or take off pieces when you need a longer or shorter length. I like that it has wheels and handles on each bucket so I can pull it instead of having to try to pick it up. I also love that it separates so each side can be emptied separately and that it can be stacked for storage. It came with 4 washable mop heads that should last for quite awhile. The mop heads kind of snap into the base. Very easy. After I finished the walls I mopped the floor and it did great. I did not find the pole too short but I am only 5'2. I would have given this 5 stars except for those few little things that hopefully will be resolved as I learn to use it better. All in all I am very pleased and I think I might actually start liking to mop.
