You'll see increase in strength no doubt, but i dont recommend micronized , solubility is very bad it just gets suspended as long as you are stirring then it settles in bottom..taste is like chalk powder(dont put in Protein shakes it'll make it bitter)

Great Creatine
It's a really good creatine monohydrate , they dont have a creapure code so cant verify that .Also its one of the only ones with a 5g scoop which is great for the old fashioned like me who still want 5g a day vs 3g . Please start selling in jars or tubs , how are we supposed to store it ? charge something extra for container variant but please start selling in container also.
