Need more calcium and prefer to take vitamins separately. Tablet are big but I can swallow them. They so crush easily if you prefer (I used a coffee bean grinder). Calcium citrate is easier on my stomach than carbonate.

Flimsy and don't stay put

It is all calcium citrate with no added calcium carbonate which is hard to digest. Becomes chalky as soon as moisture (saliva) hits it. It could cause choking if resolved in throat. Solution, I put my doses in a glass of liquid, then use hand mixer to stir it up, then drink it all quite easily. It really has little to no taste. I recommend this product with some cautions as stated.

While I have not yet tried the product as of yet, I did have a question about it so I contacted the manufacturer and they responded right away and answered my question. Nice!

Serving size is 3 of these, as opposed to 4 of the other brands and you get more mgs. Well now I know how that is. Pill bottles used to print a picture of the actual size of the tablets on the bottle. This one does not. They are HUGE, with squared off edges. Not smooth. Hurts just looking at them. There's no way I could swallow one, let alone 3!!! I don't even know how anyone does.The bottle is also huge, but it's only a little over half full.Makes no difference that the bottle isn't opened. Amazon will still not provide a refund for this product. I'm out the money and still need to purchase calcium citrate, unless KaL will take my return without charging postage to send it back.
