10 Short Plastic Comic Book Storage Boxes - White

I bought these boxes to try and corral my son's comic book collection. They are good quality, although not inexpensive (over $15/box), and will probably hold up well. As previous reviewers have stated, there are no directions, making assembly a bit tricky until you get the hang of it. Suggestions would be that the lids are marked with "inside" so you bend the flap the right way (I missed this at first making it impossible to bend) and to first use a table edge to loosen the scored areas where the box pieces bend, making it easier to bend the pieces in the right areas. Anyone with some spatial ability, or previous box assembly experience, should be able to handle the actual box piece assembly.

I bought these boxes thinking 'corrugated plastic,' surely that must be strong, sturdy, durable material. More so than the cardboard boxes, right? Was I wrong. So wrong. These boxes are more thin and flimsy than any cardboard box I've ever purchased, even the cheap ones. Sure the bottom is double-thick, but you need the side supports to be equally as strong as well---especially when you're pulling the boxes in and out to access. And the price! $156 for this very cheap, flimsy material is simply highway robbery! The add should be more descriptive about the flexibility inherent in this material. Very disappointing purchase all the way around.UPDATE: Now Gold Standard Hobby (vendor I purchased from) is sticking me with the shipping cost to return the boxes. Over $16 bill at USPO to return!! Annoying. Never again.

Nice boxes. The fit perfectly the comics and bags as well as dividers. Material is strong and water resistant. It is not a waterproof container as you must fold the material into box shape as you would a traditional comic box, leaving obvious holes in the bottom.But great boxes and the look nice.

These boxes are a little harder to fold into box form than their cardboard counterparts, and the hand hold cutouts don't really work to hold the assembly together when folded inside. They are sturdy even without, and no chance of bugs eating these bad boys.

I like these boxes, but think they are too expensive. They are sturdy and easy to assemble. The material is great because it is like corrugated cardboard but made of plastic.

These comic book boxes are awesome! They look great in black unlike the regular card board ones. Use to be a big fan of the long boxes but these short boxes are easier to move around and look through. So I can get to my comics faster and reread past issues.

Great boxes. Kept four and gave six to the boyfriend who still had all his books in cardboard! Yikes! These are much better!

These fold together easily and are sturdier feeling than the cardboard old school kind.
