i put this on for my early AM bike ride and it's still dark out. i have lights on front and back of my bike, including the back of my helmet. the light up wrist band helps to let vehicles know you are turning. the reflective material is a WOW and the lighting options ( steady - i leave on for when its really dark, slow flash - i'd switch to this when there appears to be daylight breaking, and there's also fast flash ). i love it!

I've had these for a few years now and they still work great. I have been able changed the batteries out with no problems. I'm able to wear them in wrist, ankles and even snap on to my backpack. Well worth the price.

I have a red and green LED slap ban. Wore them for Ragnar, easy to spot our runners. Like the solid light or flashing light options. Fits small or large wrists and/or ankles.

It does light up, but it is not very flexible and fell off twice while I was running. I don't recommend this style if you want to use it while you're active.

So so great quality. The light died out in less than 3 months.

I purchased this for my daughter since she runs in the early morning. She loves it.

Bright and great for safety.... I attach to a bag for nighttime outings!Very reflective.

This is a great product for my husband who runs in the dark on the road near our home! It is a complement to the belt light he wears.
