Bidet adapter
I used this to add a shutoff valve to a bidet feed. It is incredibly solid feeling, easy to install, and the valve works great. I did use teflon tape and some of the rubber washers included with the bidet to avoid leaks.

Tolerances are a bit loose
I used 1/2 of this kit to adapt a 1/2" FIP to dual 3/8" compression ball valve into a 1/2" FIP in to 3/8" compression + 1/2" MIP adapter for my toilet supply line and bidet seat supply line. I couldn't use the standard "T" fitting that comes with the seat because I needed both lines to drain to the valve when I shut off the water in the winter to prevent freezing. The solution works great but, the 3/8 compression female threads are a bit loose - use a few extra turns of Teflon tape and tighten well if you need to make the adapter work this way.

Smooth, sturdy and leak-proof.
I have been looking for an adapter for months to hook up my bidet hose, which is 1/2" size, to the supply line for my toilet which is 3/8". Home depot offered me $27 worth of huge, ugly adapters that wouldn't fit in the space anyway but 2 of these little guys (one whole set for the diverter and just the male side for the spigot) did the trick! As a relative novice I got it hooked up in 15 minutes using some thread sealant, teflon tape and a channel lock and we've had no leaks. Wish I had looked here first.

Hard to find adapter.
Look all over Amazon to find this 3/8 Female to 1/2. This is the only one that fits my quick connect to a bidet setup in doing.

This is a rare find
This is the only thing I could find anywhere to go from 1/2” fip to 3/8” compression works with a healthy amount of buddy since there’s no washer on the compression side and it’s not really a compression fitting but does the trick.

Leaks
I used this item with the Frizzlife brass stop valve. Used teflon tape. Spent two days of my life messing with it. Always leaking. Sent back return with this adapter attached to Frizzlife brass stop valve. Charged $8.66 because the company is to incompetent to realize the two items go together. They were physically attached tightened with the teflon tape so you could see how much you product does not work when used properly.

Rare finding
I needed a screw for my faucet line that was from 1/2" male to 3/8" female. I had a hard time finding one the right size and this one fits. I'm glad I found this.

3/8 doesn't fit - female part is too small, 1/2 is ok
How you can see in topic and you also can check other reviews. I was not lucky, 3/8 is too small, check the photo
