When timer goes off panel is still giving a dim light no complete darkness so wondering if they are checked at all before being sold faulty and wasting peoples time ? No reply to email so to never return again am I.

This a great light and would have recieved five stars, however you CAN NOT OVER RIDE ON BOARD TIMER so for me it was a return because THATS A BIG PROBLEM

For all keen gardeners and growers this light is a must, growing from seeds and cuttings its like having the sun 24 hours. Also I have found out that grafting plants love this light too with this light the result for the seedling was amazing and with the light being wide enough to cover 4 trays I'm so happy with the growth. For all the greenfingers it's so good to see great results and comparing the cost of using fluorescent to led is huge savings I personally will get more grow lights and take fluorescent lights down.Just follow the instructions how high you need the light I always leave about 6 to 8 inch above the trays as the seedling get a bit taller move light up.

I should have read the blurb more carefully. You cannot use External timer and maximum on time for the internal time is 12 hours. Useless.
