A friend gave me some of his Advancin tabs when I was having joint pain. This product is a natural anti-inflammatory, which I appreciate, because I cannot take ibuprofen or the other OTC or Rx NSAIDs. Before going hiking or when I wake up with pain, I take one of these (the recommended dose is 2 tabs, but one almost always does the trick).
