Sizing: I am 5’ 4” and 153 lbs. My waist is 30”, the widest part of my hips measure 41”. That being said, I went with the waist measurement that was listed and bought myself a S/M. It fits like a glove.Putting it on: Yes, it’s hard to put on. I’ve figured out the best way to get it on is to pretend you’re a toddler and your mom is getting you dressed. Put your head completely in first. Then your right arm. Then get as much as your left arm in as you can before using your right hand to grab your left wrist and pull. Good luck. Getting it off is a whole new challenge.Does it work: This isn’t a miracle weight loss tool. It’s designed to make you sweat, and it definitely does it’s job.On an intellectual level: it makes you sweat. It heats up your core, which in turn has your heart working harder. Be sure your endurance is ready for this because it’ll definitely make your workouts tougher. Are you burning more calories? Probably. Are you burning fat? Well, yeah, if you’re working out. But the shirt is mainly helping you lose water weight.On an emotional level: Seeing all that sweat just leaking off the clothes and your body is disgusting. But also really satisfying after a good workout? I took a before and after photo of myself and no one is going to see a difference. BUT I saw the slightest difference and in the end, that was such a confidence booster and isn’t that really what it’s all about? The next morning when I stepped on the scale, there was a larger than normal dip. I know it’s water weight and it’ll just come back, but like I said. Confidence booster.

I just received this item and put it on once so far and it was sweaty when I took it off. Good material for the price, love the no zipper, the thickness of the material is perfect.

So this product is great in the role of making you sweat, it 100% does the job. It hugs you in all the right places and tucks everything in a bit, it also helped me keep a better posture/form when in the gym, I assume because of the hugging factor.BUT I will say if you are actively going to the gym like I do, about 5 days a week (of course you need more than one to alternate) don’t expect it to last long. After about a few weeks maybe a month (and I’m being generous) the bottom band that is supposed to be non slip and stay in place ended up stretching out so much and the hemming started to rip apart, where the shirt rides up now just from me walking from my house to the gym. I find myself constantly tugging and pulling it down. Which kind of messes up my flow at the gym, and stops targeting the lower part of your stomach.If it wasn’t for that factor I’d give it 5 stars, but overall it’s decent.

I wear this every time I work out and let me tell you, I am drenched! Size is true to size, quality is awesome, durable, it is stretchy which is nice, and light weight! I definitely recommend this if you are looking to break a sweat!

UPDATE/EDIT: I have had this for less than a week, and the seams are coming undone. Granted, the internal material is an odd one, but it should have lasted longer. I'll be attempting to stitch it with stronger thread. Wish me luck.I was extremely skeptical of this product. I have tried others in the past that like to ride up, and make me feel extremely uncomfortable all day.But this, this is fantastic. It has the silicone liner around the edges to keep it in place, and boy does it work! It also helps produce sweat as it should, but it's not like other ones that make you cold once you start sweating because you're essentially just sitting in your excessive sweat; It has some light insulation to it.Ladies, if you are curvy, and generally wear an XL, get the XXL-XXXL. I say this because the first time you wear it, it will be hard to get on and adjusted to your body, and not only that but it's not meant to be loose on your body- you want it to fit like a glove.If i would have ordered the XL, I would have had a hard time breathing for sure.But once you have "broken it in", the times after that are smooth getting it reacquainted with your curves. I hand-washed mine in cold water after the first day, and it fit so much better the next day. And just trust me when I say PUT THIS ON BEFORE YOUR UNDERWEAR. You will see why I say that once you put it on- the bottom will go over your pooch and end up sitting at your panty-line.Another thing to add: When I took this off, my abs hurt like I had just done 100 curl-ups, but all I did was work my manager job running around my store.Overall, I am very impressed and will be getting another one very soon. If you're skeptical, I get it. BUT you won't be disappointed if you give it a chance!
