Great for MCP Extensor Subluxation
I injured my right 3rd MCP extensor tendon and ended up with a subluxation injury that limited my ability to play tennis (I'm right hand dominant). I researched several different splint devices that were similar to this one and were sold for half the price. I chose this splint because I noticed in the video instructions that this particular splint could be easily adjusted to the length of your hand and finger. In addition, you could choose to apply the splint to either the volar or dorsal side of your hand/wrist depending on your situation. After receiving the product, I'm pleased to report that the splint is indeed very easy to use and can be easily adjusted to accommodate volar and/or dorsal injuries. The splint itself is well made and very stable once applied to your arm. I would highly recommend this product to my patients, friends and family members.

It did its job
It did what it was supposed to do, but it had Velcro on the inside of the wrist wrap which was a bit uncomfortable.

Terrific But...
This is the second of this brace I've purchased for trigger finger splinting at night. It's very stable and fits well but the velcro at the wrist comes undone easily during the night leaving it flapping around. On the first one I glued on an additional piece of velcro at the very edge of the wrist section and I guess I'll have to do the same with this one. There is too much excess loose material on the open side of the velcro that catches on pillows and blankets, causing it to come undone.

The worst product ever!
The media could not be loaded. I was excited thinking I would soon get pain relief from this finger splint. When it arrived I immediately ripped open the package and pulled out the splint. To my shock and dismay the splint had no instructions nor directions. Not only that, but the finger splint part is like 9-10 inches long!!! It covers half my finger with a whole 6 inches left. I read it is adjustable but see no way of how to adjust it, short of cutting through the splint with a saw! This is very aggravating. I went to YouTube and even to copper compression’s website to find instructions on how to adjust it. The real question here is...”Should I be doing all of this just to use this thing?” I even tried using the Velcro to tie around my finger and if must be sewn on backwards..because even that does not work. It’s definitely going back. I will never purchase any of their products again!

works well but fell apart
Like others have mentioned - it is an ok product however the velcro does not last more than 2 weeks before becoming useless. Luckily I had a roll of double-sided velcro so I just cut a piece to wrap around the wrist and it works. The stitches holding the piece aluminum came apart on both ends so the metal slides out now - actually makes me feel like Wolverine when it sticks out from the front. But that's not what I bought it for. 2 star product.

The Real Deal
This is the real deal. It works as described to immobilize your finger. I tried other kinds that only wrap the finger, but they didn't work.I have a medium sized hand, and it just fits. Someone with a smaller hand may have to cut a piece off the aluminum spine at the bottom to get the wrist cuff to fit.The brace is comfortable to wear 24/7, depending on your needs. The brace comes assembled and fits on the back of the hand, as the sales picture shows. To put it on, take off the removable finger strap and attach the brace to the top finger knuckle. Then, undo the wrist straps. Pull the right wrist strap up and across the wrist, firmly against the heel of the palm. Hold that in place while pulling the left wrist strap across and over the right wrist strap, and attach it. Then attach the finger strap as needed. Bend the aluminum spine as needed.
