I like fried egg sandwiches--I use the "thin" sandwich rolls. This little pan makes a perfect size for the sandwich thins. This little pan is perfect for making single eggs. The pan is aluminum NOT cast iron as is stated--I informed Amazon but the description hasn't changed as of this writing.. The nonstick works fine. As to longevity, only time will tell. If you like a single egg and don't want the egg white to go all over a larger skillet, then this is a great pan for you--I actually beat a single egg in a small dish and then add it to the pan because it makes a better round cooked product that way. The pan is heavy enough so that the handle doesn't tip the pan over. I use a small spatula to turn the egg but am thinking about getting an even smaller "cookie" type spatula to turn the egg--I am an "over hard" type of egg eater. Great so far.

After buying an induction range, I had to get rid of all of my old non-stick cookware that wasn't induction compatible. Unfortunately this meant the loss of my favourite egg pan. I took this opportunity to get a pan that was best for one egg, but, it had to be non-stick and induction ready. This pan meets the needs very well. My wife only has one egg with her breakfast and this pan does the job very well. My only complaint is that the size, while being perfect for one egg, means that it's very hard to find a spatula that will fit. Great induction compatible pan.

FIRST TIME i USED IT THE EGGS STUCK. IT SEEMS THAT IF YOU COOK IT ONLY ON I SIDE IT MIGHT NOT STICK SO MUCK BUT RIGHT FROM FIRST USE FLIPPING THE EGG OVER IT STICKS. HAVE TO USE SPRAY . ITS NICE NOT TO HEAT A LARGER PAN FOR ONE EGG.

I use this for making egg sandwiches and it is great. The rounded shape of the sides makes it easy to turn the egg. The thickness of the metal results in even heating, good heat retention, and stability on the burner. The handle stays cool and is shaped to make the pan easy to handle. It’s nonstick properties are great. I can add the cheese to the pan while cooking the egg and it cleans easily.

purchased this pan specifically for cooking single eggs. Although pan works good and cleans easy, within a few months, the non stick coating started peeling off. Never used any metal utensils to cause scratching, only used silicone spatula. Handle is easily bent also.

I love this cute little pam. I often want to make a single egg over easy and it comes out great every single time. I use it frequently, wash in the dishwasher, and it still looks new.

It served the purpose I was looking for but even with very careful washing and instant drying, it was still very rusty in many areas so f the pan

I've had this pan for 6 months and it has started rusting on the inside of the pan where the egg cooks. I will have to get a different pan right away. I would recommend paying a bit more to get better quality.

The pan did not work well. The product smelled of chemicals and smelled like it was burning when being used and almost caught fire. The pan heated up and started turning red. Very unsatisfied with purchase. Threw it out after using it twice.
