I bought this for my shih-tzu that had a throat op and I wanted to keep any pressure away from that area. It served its purpose for that.However, no matter how tightly I wrap it, my dog can reverse out of it. I initially discovered this to my horror on a walk, when suddenly my dog just wasn't there. Instead he was across the road sniffing an interesting tree. I dread to think what could have happened had he encountered traffic.I no longer trust this product and will not be using it again. EVER!

Likes: It's nice and soft and well padded.I can see why some dogs may like it.Dislikes: 1)My dog was measured correctly, a smaller harness wouldn't have fitted and it's too baggy round the front. I wouldn't like to say whether she could or take a chance on her reversing out of it.1)The loops are also too long and baggy, meaning that they either click together or bang against her back. These cannot be adjusted.3)This was the first harness I've ever tried on her that she just refused to walk in.4) Some of the stitching wasn't the best quality and I can see faults developing in the future.

I have a small chihuahua and this harness fits perfectly, Chihuahuas have big heads and Popcorn hates having his head stuffed through a narrow space no problem with this one! just put his feet through and do it up. He likes it it is warm and comfy Would recommend as a good, great, stupendous buy.

Fantastic little dog harness.I had spent weeks looking for a good quality harness to start walking my puppy once she had the all clear from her jabs and most didn't seem to fit the bill of what I was looking for.This however is perfect, it is well padded and is very secure even though it is just Velcro and a plastic clip (which did worry me), my puppy has gone from being too scared and trying to back away, to leaping about, to walking well on this harness. At all stages she has been secure and has not slipped or wriggled out of this and it has left no marks or sore on her little body.I had ordered a different harness at the same time that was too big but I was planning to keep until it fitted, but I have now just purchased a second one of this type (in a larger size) as it is so good.Unfortunately, she will become too big for any of the currently avaible sizes, so I hope that the manufactures start to produce this in bigger sizes.

The harness arrived the next day which I had not expected so thank you so much Metric. I have a 3.1 kilo, 4.5 month puppy who won't get much bigger and I haven't been able to find a harness to fit him. In the shops, the small ones are too big and the extra small ones are too small for my puppy!! I have tried everywhere to get the perfect fit harness for him. The Comfort Fit Harness is absolutely amazing and is the perfect fit for him, and is adjustable if he gets a bit bigger. I will be buying another one. I would very much recommend this harness.

My little Yorkie has cerebral atrophy, so he has a lot of trouble with walking and balance.He has to wear a harness all the time, and other makes that we got him tended to dig into his skin after a while, and didn't give him sufficient support.The Comfort Fit harness is perfect for him - it's very comfortable, fits him like a glove, and makes walking him and helping him to balance himself that little bit easier.I got the small size, which seems to be perfect for an average size Yorkshire Terrier

as one of the other review has stated dogs can simply walk backwards out of these harnesses. They are made of good quality stuff and when they first arrived we thought they were great.... until last week when one of our Maltese simply stepped backwards and the harness just came straight over her head and fell on the floor. i'm just glad we were not by a busy road. a couple of days later both dogs did it on the same day. Be very carefull of this design. I am returning both as they are just not safe.

Bought mainly for my Jack Chi, as he's a bit of an escape artist usually but this feels very secure. It's a really nice quality as well, looks really nice on, and seems like it'll last for a good while. We bought one for our Frenchie as well and that's also great quality. Sizes were accurate also.
