I like what this product is doing to my teeth! They actually feel smooth and shiny after only a few weeks. This is awesome. Really good product.

It's very easy to use... remove lid, squeeze bottle, and drink out of the measuring chamber at the top of the bottle (and put cap back on).Swish it around for 30 seconds while i'm doing something else, then spit out.Feels like it cleanses inside my mouth, although i can't prove that.Is supposed to make the tee stronger with flouride.

This is the very best version of Act. We all use it, the flavor is great too, no complaints!

This is the best-tasting mouthwash I have ever tasted. The dental hygienist told me to use this brand.The neck of the bottle has a contraption in it that prevents the mouthwash from pouring out, and there were no instructions how to get mouthwash out of the bottle. I eventually figured out how to do it, but the user should not be subjected to this learning curve.Here are my instructions; if I get any of this wrong, blame ACT for not giving me instructions:* Hold bottle upright* Remove lid* Squeeze bottle* Observe liquid filling the bottle's neck* Stop squeezing bottle when liquid reaches Fill line* Tilt your head back and open your mouth* Bring mouth of bottle above your mouth* Pour liquid into your mouth* Follow your dentist's or hygienist's instructions for using mouthwash
