Excellent. It's difficult to find an ATX case that has 3x 5.25" bays with metal guide rails for each bay, I had to modify my case to get it to fit. One of the latches was broken when I received it, although ISTARUSA customer service quickly sent a replacement part free-of-charge after sending them a photo of the broken piece. The SATA power connectors are kind of a tight squeeze and I would imagine it to be somewhat difficult to access in most ATX cases. 5-star support, 4-star product, 1-star QC, 5-star value.

I added this to my gaming tower for a two in one, Raid array/gaming rig. I had to dremel the support tabs for a 5.25" drive but after that it was easy. The only thing that was tricky was the power cables. Some of my 90 degree cables did not fit. It installs and sets up easily and quickly.I had read reviews where people claimed fan failure in the first month or so, but I have not observed tis.SATA drives slide in easily and remain seated, even when the computer is being relocated.Basically, it is everything it claims to be.

I have purchased two of these and they work flawlessly. Interestingly, I have one SATA drive that did not 'seat' properly on one occasion but has seated perfectly every time since. I am attributing that to user error.I would highly recommend.

Works great it keeps my drive cooler.
