Q: Will this product prevent water/humidity from under foundation to come up and make the clossets rooms hummid? Or just prevent water from outside in?

Blok-lok is an excellent water repellent designed to keep water from the outside coming in when properly applied to an exterior wall (also called the positive side). It is not designed to prevent water/moisture from coming through from the negative side or from under a foundation to answer your question. Q: Can this be used for systerns ?

Blok-Lok can be used if you are trying to protect the outside or housing of the cistern and it is made of concrete or masonry, however, it is not suitable for sealing the inside as it would not hold up to the hydrostatic pressure of being constantly submerged in water.

Q: Will this lock stone in place if used on a decrative rock bed?

Unfortunately no, Blok-Lok is a penetrating sealer and does not create any sort of film that would bind rocks together.

Q: Can i use it with rubber mulch

Blok-Lok is a penetrating water repellent formulated for porous (water absorbing) vertical concrete, wood, and masonry surfaces. It would not work on rubber, and would not work on rubber mulch.
