Cool EDC
Cool product, bit pricey but you get what you pay for in terms of quality- its built to last.

It works, but overpriced, and needs refined.
Too expensive for what it is.The drawer that slides out is plastic. Probably should also be aluminum.Clips that latch need to be depressed both to open and close. That has been pointed out and is a design flaw. Not sure if there is another product quite like this one though. Will wait and see on durability. Has lifetime warranty.

Looks well made.... don't abuse it
I like these little containers overall. Screwdriver fit & finish could use some work, but it gets you by in a pinch. They satiate the OCD part of me to no end.Great to keep little items on hand. Several machined aluminum parts, and several more custom stamped pieces. At least one molded plastic piece. Their construction is obviously complicated, and the price is justified when considering that if you know anything about manufacturing processes. That being said, I think it's a bit over engineered and could definitely be optimized with a second revision.Following are my list of complaints after playing with it for a little while;First, the hex sockets are a little oversized and the magnet is inserted internally so it wont fall out with failing glue in the future, but is weaker than I'd like. Like I said, works in a pinch, wont replace my dedicated pocket driver..The outer case only locks in one way. The chamfers are identical on each corner, and it slides on most of the way, it would work if not for the pocket clip/bit driver side of the top insert piece being slightly longer. I'd either make the back flat with no chamfers to clearly indicate the correct way to insert, thus also adding some room for non-bit shaped items inside (For instance I could fit two more allergy pills if each compartment were fully rectangular), or allow the case to clip on either way by making the top aluminum piece just a little longer and making the front and back the same shape. The buttons that retain the outer shell are just little pieces of spring steel, I am a little worried about them wearing against the aluminum they're pinching, or digging in if I don't push down enough and yank on it by mistake.I'd also like to see, as others have mentioned, the clip be fastened to the outer shell. I understand this would likely ADD complexity to the design, but I do see the added utility of being able to slide the insert back in while the shell is still clipped in a pocket etc.I'll probably get another either way, but if no other improvements are made just tightening up the tolerances of the aluminum parts, and maybe a SS or TI version would for sure justify a little price increase, just sayin....

Terrific small EDC.
Great little utility, sturdy and nicely designed and crafted. I have put inside 4 bits, a victorinox tweezer and toothpick. Fits perfectly inside my everyday shoulder bag, great to travel abroad with and keeps good company with my tiny army Swiss knife. Glad that I had bought it.

Big Help-Small Package
As a do-it-yourself kind of guy, Lever Gear has come through again with another great product. The Bitvault is small enough to not be a nuisance or added weight to my wardrobe, but provides a lot of bang in a little package. Inside the vault I keep two bits, my daily vitamin and a rolled up piece of currency for emergency situations. Just over the past day i have found 3 or 4 situations where a screw driver bit came in handy. Between this product and several others I own from Lever Gear I am good to go for just about any situation including the zombie apocalypse. I highly recommend the Bitvault for the handy man on the go who doesn't want to carry a tool box in his back pocket.

Don't buy it. It is deeply flawed.
This device has a fatal flaw. The entire focus of its operatIon are these two tiny buttons. They hold the unit together and allow access to the "vault" in which the bits are stored. They are flimsy and stick shut, negating their functionality. They are difficult to manipulate with either your fingernail or fleshy fingertip. They are hard to open, and both must be pressed with precise, simultaneous, equal force or the unit will not open. SImilalrly, both must be precossly seated in their respective slots or the halves will spuriously open up, ejecting the contained bits.It might be less problematic if the buttons were merely used as locking devices. No, the manufacurer chose to make them the only mechanical connection that actively fastens the two components together. Poor, frustrating, and weak design. It's a sow's ear disguised by making it out of an exotic material. A titanium sow's ear is no purse; it is still a sow's ear. This product is an insult to titanium and a waste of money. Don't say I never told you so.

Cheaply Made For The Price! Won't last...
Was disappointed as soon as I opened it. Advertised as tough yet inside drawer is cheap bendable plastic. Kind of hard to open. Doesn't close all the way. The drawer does come out though. Like everyone said, the price is way too high. I would be cool and content if it was for 5 or 10 bucks. I think we are all giving this a bad review because of the price. Expectations were a lot higher for the price we paid and the video we saw. 😪
