We just adopted our Mini Schnauzer puppy on October 17th. The breeder gave us what he'd been eating and asked that we don't switch foods. The food given was an all natural, high quality, grain free food. Our pup had a hard time eating it (kibbles too hard and large) and vomited it up even after we chopped it into smaller pieces and moistened it. I also noticed he was scratching a lot and had flaky skin.Out of desperation, we ordered the Royal Canin M.S. puppy food.Our pup loved it from the start and after a slow transition to the Royal Canin, he is doing great. No more itching and flaky skin and best of all no vomiting. I've also noticed he doesn't have to poo as much and his stools are well-formed instead of mushy. We've read everthing we could get hold of about what to feed a dog and agonized over what to switch him to.Our older Schnauzer was recently put on a Royal Canin Veterinary Formula after she suffered a bout of pancreatitis. She will be 14 in a couple months and is thriving on Royal Canin.We couldn't be more pleased with the results we've had from this food. Mini Schnauzers have problems with tummy upset and skin conditions and many of the "natural" foods are too rich for them. This dog food is great quality but too expensive

We just recently got our puppy and he really likes the food. No issues getting him to eat it and the kibbles are the right size for him.

I really don’t care that chicken by products is one of the first ingredients. I would prefer something better than chicken by products. However, this brand has the science to back up their product.

Wow he really liked it I was scared because of the reviews, but it all depends on ur dog if he/she likes it in my case he likes, I had to get another food for my dog because he didn’t like the one we got him and he will just eat it because he was hungry but I was worried about it so I had to search up and this food was recommended but the Amazon’s review made me think of I should get it or not but I had to give it a try and wow he liked it and we won’t have any problem of him not eating 😮‍💨 just getting sis

My puppy just turned 9 months so this will be the last time we order the puppy food (they grow up fast!) She has maintained a very slim and tall figure, she did not turn out chunky or short - very much like the breed standard. Our vet estimated that our dog would only get to be around 8lbs, thanks to this food she grew to be a HEALTHY 10 lbs. Don't get me wrong, she is still SMALL, she just got those adorable long legs and some lean muscle. Like most miniature schnauzers, she has a sensitive stomach and is also a little drama queen - she tolerates this food very well and doesn't overeat.
