I got this in the packets for a vacation where I knew pre workout was going to be needed and the taste was actually really good! Did not taste like fruit punch to me which is why I enjoyed it even more. Will be buying again!

This has a strong flavor to me. Very sweet. I mix it in 16 oz of water as opposed to the 8 oz it recommends. But it mixes well. I also get itchy immediately after taking it. I like the energy it gives however and the price point.

This pre-workout tastes surprisingly good! Gives me a solid energy boost for workouts without being too harsh. Definitely keeps me focused and ready to lift.

This preworkout works very well for me, and I have tried a lot in the past, being an exercise science major and working at a GNC back in the day. It has the beta alanine and niacin for the tingly feeling in your arms and face. There's creatine along with arginine and citrulline for a nice pump, and enough caffeine for me for solid energy but no jitters. And the intensity matrix truly works, giving sharp focus to push through a rough workout. I seemed to have plateaued on my previous preworkout, and this definitely gave a noticeable bump to overall energy, strength, and performance. I would say this is similar to C4, which in many eyes is sort of the gold standard for preworkouts. I tried the Extreme version of Hyde, the only difference was the noticeably higher caffeine content which made me feel like I had to walk around the parking lot going to my car after the gym to burn off the extra energy. I'm not a fan of that feeling, so this one works perfect for me. Will be using for a long time! You get the makn food groups of pump, energy, focus, and the tingles, without feeling crazy and then crashing after. Blue razz, watermelon, and pixie dust all taste just fine.

I love blueberry flavored preworkout, but this one is a strong flavor. Still was excellent in performance in the gym and strength overall. Would recommend only for true blueberry fans.

This product is nothing short of a complete scam, and I deeply regret wasting my money on it. First, let's talk about the "energy" levels – they are HORRIBLE. I felt absolutely nothing. No buzz, no focus, no "pumps," no sustained energy, not even a slight tingle. It was like drinking flavored water with a faint chemical aftertaste. My workouts were just as sluggish as if I'd had nothing at all. If anything, it made me feel more tired, anticipating a boost that never arrived. This pre-workout literally does the opposite of what it claims. And to add insult to injury, when I opened the container, it was HALF EMPTY. Seriously, what is this?! I paid for 30 servings, and it looked like someone had already taken a scoop (or ten) out of it before it even got to me. This isn't just poor packaging; it's deceptive and infuriating. You're paying premium price for a container filled mostly with air. Don't be fooled by the fancy words like "Nitrosigine" or "TeaCrine" on the label – this is an overpriced, under-filled container of false promises. Save your money, save your energy (because this won't give you any), and avoid PROSUPPS Mr. Hyde Signature Series at all costs. You'd get more energy from a warm glass of water.
