Huarache is a mexican authentic bread which is very similar to the Tortilla, This machine is for flattening balls of dough into an oval size tortilla called a Huarache which is a typical Mexican dish.It has a fried masa base, which is then topped with refried beans, green or red sauce, onions, potato, cilantro and any manner of protein such as ground beef and then finished with sour cream & cheese.
