The best facil scrub I have ever used -- product very good for my skin.

Great product

I probably WILL buy this again because it leaves my face feeling very smoothand nourished. It DOES seem to be more moisturizing and more exfoliatingthan any other exfoliant I have used! But I wish it were easier to get out of thebottle: I had to add HOT water to the bottle (and then shake vigorously) inorder to make it more of a fluid.That said, this is still a great product and I love its effects!

Love the product, but hard to get out of bottle, wish it was squeezing tube

Impossible to get the expensive product out of its hard plastic bottle. Hard to believe any executives or managers have actually used the product as shipped. And, although I hadn't had time to open the TWO $40 bottles until a week ago, the return window is "closed". Terrible impression for someone who likely would have been a lifetime customer. Back to St. Ives at CVS, I guess. Please get it together on this fundamental aspect of your product. And provide suitable replacements for my $40 purchases. (Would note that the $40 bottle LOOKS like it would be bigger from online photos, though in fairness I was going off of impression that through weight comparisons.

The product is wonderful, smells fresh, works well to exfoliate skin at the right level. But why did they put this in a hard plastic bottle the is nearly impossible to squeeze? Won’t buy again until they change the package.

Awesome product definitely worth trying

While the product itself is very good getting it out of the bottle is another story. The product as you would expect is thick and is extremely difficult to get out since the bottle is not very squeezable. I'm going to transfer it to a small wide mouth plastic jar.
