Upgraded after freeze in Texas
Had the 6.4 gal/min unit that froze when the power went off. Needed more hot water so ordered the 8.2 gal/min and this fit exactly, no need to change valves or fittings.

Box in perfect condition but product damaged
I'm on my second tankless water heater received damaged I'm not debating on reordering a replacement I believe it's going to be for reoccurring issue

Tankless water heater
Box was smashed all up plus cover to tankless water heater was banged all up. We needed it so we had to install to have water. Works great but looks awful on house. Might request cover for it
