Review of: AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow Mask with Headgear (Size: Small Medium Large)I've used a Philips mask with my ResMed that covers my nose for over ten years. I have a mustache, and it's a nightly battle to get it to seal, and it smashes the hairs, making it look weird. It also causes whelps on the top of my nose. I would also use Breathe Right strips for better airflow. I've read about these nose pillows for a while and decided to try them. It has been a game changer in comfort for me. They sit in the front of your nose and are tapered to create the seal. It doesn't touch my mustache to jack with it. The headgear is less intrusive and lighter.It is much quieter. I don't have air blasting out like the mask (it also makes the wife happy). I am wondering about the flushing of the hose. Sometimes, I have to take a few breaths through my mouth when I first lie down until my breathing slows down. After a deep exhale, it feels like some of the air is still in there, and I don’t get a good next breath. The headgear has two small straps; if I move a lot at night, they can ride up my head and fall off. This has only happened once, but they do occasionally move around.Pros:• They blow air straight into your nose. No need for Breathe Right strips.• My nose doesn’t feel damp and oily as it did with the mask.• I still have something strapped to my face, but it doesn’t feel as intrusive.• Easier to pack in a carrying case than full silicon headgear.• Side sleeping is much easier.Cons:• Headgear straps can move during the night.• The inside part that divides your nose can get very dry and irritated. Using the ResMed humidifier has helped with that.• Sometimes, there is a little nose irritation where the pillows make contact.• I feel deep exhales aren’t fully cleared out by the next breath, though normal sleep breathing seems fine.This was a great purchase, even though I didn't think it would be.

Good quality, not a cheap copy.

I’ve tried other masks. This is by far the most comfortable one and I get the best AHI score with this one. Great price.

It’s insane a couple bucks worth of plastic is $100. Unfortunately I need it.

Was a perfect fit, I just attached it to my CPAP hose and used it right away. No putting together like other head gear I have bought.
