GoPro is a great camera and we love the quality of picture and video. We needed this adapter to setup the GoPro on our camera tripod. Yes there are GoPro tripod options but ours is a full size tripod so better height options. Have to admit that the GoPro looks kinda ridiculous - so undersized for the tripod, but are able to take full room videos with out hand hold or mini tripod. VERY cost effective.

I needed an adapter for my selfie stick and finding this one was a surprise.All aluminum construction should be very durable. Far better than plasticwithout a doubt.The quality looks good. I don't see any burrs or sharp edges that would besigns of poor manufacturing. I have to say for the price I am impressed.It's a great adapter and I recommend it to everyone looking for a solid pointof attachment for their selfie stick.

This is a good thing to have for cameras with a case that uses this kind to attach. But its a bit tight for a snap mount to install, kinda scraped the inner layer of theount to get it to fit. But overall a nice upgrade to replace the stock ones.

These are a very durable aluminum mount for the GoPro and I recommend it highly. Mounts on any tripod 1/4 20 thread.

Adapted to an Amazon Basics monopod stick to finish my mount for my camera to mount in my canoe!!

Through trial and error (thank goodness for police bodycam's impact resistance), I discovered you really do need an all-aluminum mounting scheme to securely mount these to a bike. Plastic will fatigue over time and break. This mount works well for this purpose. Worth the extra money.
