Good Short Workouts For Busy People
I really like the multiple CDs for different weeks and the short but effective workouts. I had been using the metabolic afterblast befire this for a few years and this is a nice step up. I feel like this CD series is more effective and it has a larger variety of challenging exercises which you could do with or without weights. It’s great for busy people when you cannot get to the gym. I do three workouts a week from the different CDs Thumbs up!

Excellent work out DVD
My wife and I have had this dvd for 2 years and we still use it . It's an excellent work out and you are done in less than 20 minutes. We do a mild stretching yoga tape on the days between work out days and the combination is the best we've ever done. This tape was ordered for my daughter. We're in our 50's and our daughter is in her 20's .

Try to do the burnouts at the end of each work out! 20 minutes three times a week.
I like this program because it helps you lose weight and get in shape.
