Bulb didn’t last very long? I have no choice to buy for my system! It’s what is existing in the system?

Ordered 2 of these and one didn't work. Customer service was quick and easy and sent a replacement quickly.

Well packaged. Fast delivery.
The UV bulbs arrived the next day! I was not expecting them for 2 days. They arrived in round cardboard tubes inside a padded envelope. Worked perfectly the first time.

Did not last
These UV lights and the Air knight products are not good, they fail and are planned obsolescence to fail. Save your money find something better...
