Spice Platter Lehsun ki Chutney (100 GMS)

HI THEREI have never tasted this dish before.So I was waiting to make this and taste\.Was it worth the waiting? Sadly NO for me.Why/ Let me explain in detailPLUS POINTSQuality of the ingredientsRecipe is very clearAuthenticity of the products:All the ingredients were packed separately inside the pouchEasy to makeMINUS POINTI did not like the taste of the dishA small suggestionRecipe is written inside the pack and pre soaking is required for 3 ingredients( at least for 3 - 4 hours). This I came to know after opening the pack I thought I will prepare it for dinner and later had to change the plan.If this was written on the pack rather than inside it would have been useful to me or anyone who is trying for the first time.VERDICTThere is nothing wrong with the dish except that I personally did not like the taste of it.I think it is the acquired taste.Would I recommend this to others? Of course I would ! If you like the authentic regional (Rajasthani) dish then go for it.

I love garlic pickles and Ching's Shezwan Chutney but this one is not to my liking. The first time I followed the cooking instructions properly but cooked it in low flame which resulted in a watery gravy, the second time I cooked it in medium flame which resulted in a proper thick chutney but the taste was just okay, it didn't have that spice and garlic kick that I was looking for but people who prefer these flavours in moderation may like it.

The box contains 06 items only against 07 items as committeed. The missing ingredient "ker" is one of the most important ingredient to cook. Also no return/complain policy on the product.

Garlic powder is been sent in the packet, and if made well, as written in the slip which comes along with it, it tastes superb, it gives the feeling of south indian food, and awesome smell! Love this!

This chutney is just the easiest to make and the tastiest accompaniment to food. We now always keep a stock in our house. Whether for guests or for spice cravings in general, it is a very good option.

the packaging was neat with products inside fresh, i followed the instructions and made this spice platter to an amazing taste and flavour. one needs to follow the step by step procedure to obtain the desired taste.
